At our annual Leadership Breakfast Series, we bring like-minded, Orange County professionals together for a “strategic and working” breakfast. During this highly interactive session, two-three non-profit organizations highlight their work in the community and share their most pressing challenges with business professionals from diverse market sectors. Each table group, then strategizes and generates innovative recommendations as to how the non-profits’ challenges may be enhanced or solved. Each table discussion centers around a common topic and solutions that are generated are highly valuable to the non-profit and nothing short of inspiring! At the end of the strategy session, a table leader records collective input and shares the group’s recommendations with the entire group of attendees. The Leadership Breakfast Series are facilitated by an MC and feedback from past participants reveal the Series’ are educational, inspiring and a just a great way to start the morning! At the conclusion of the non-profit presentations, attendees are invited to attend a one-time, Strategic Impact Group (1½ hours). These follow-on groups are designed to go deeper with the recommendations provided in the Breakfast Series. The strategic, Leadership Breakfast Series’ are facilitated and held at the office of each of the participating organizations.

The Institute also offers a series of Community Leadership Forums designed to “Educate, Equip and Engage” individuals and corporations in creative ways within their communities. These forums are more intensive workshops that focus on the Seven Pillars of Influence that impact a community in various ways. Please check back for the next Forum date.

The Institute presents an annual event to honor individuals from the Seven Pillars of Influence for their outstanding contributions in their respective communities or pillar of influence. During these Recognition Events, many community successes are shared by the awardees and participants. Many say would have known what was really happening behind the scenes in their communities, if not for these inspiring events. Please check back for the next date.
